| Job Description:
The candidate will be a team member in the development of RF products for high speed data and video transmission networks. Development responsibilities may include product specification, qualification, design, troubleshooting, technology investigations, cost reductions and system verification testing.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for contributing to the design, development and testing of RF amplifiers and circuits for broadband transmission network products
Communications system design and Analog/RF circuit development for Cable TV applications over Hybrid Fiber Coax networks
Engineering support for cost reduction activities including specification development, vendor interfacing and qualification testing
Work in a project R&D team environment in cooperation with international marketing, operations and support teams for international markets
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to be a contributing team member of a world class development organization with a focus on quality and on time delivery to a global market.
Required Experience:
BS Electrical Engineering
0-3 yrs R&D Experience
Experience with RF amplifiers and analog circuit design
Experience with RF simulation software tools and RF measurement tools such as networks analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English
Preferred Experience:
MS Electrical Engineering
2-4 yrs R&D Experience
Analog and Digital circuit design experience in addition to RF background
CATV or Telephony industry experience in a product development environment |
